Very much known for its beginnings in Chico California, inspired by the Sierra Nevada mountain range, a gold standard American Pale Ale. It's basically a showcase for Northwester USA grown Cascade hops.

Requires a 16 quart boil kettle minimum, and the ability to hold the fermenter at 65-72F

Included with the kit, malt extracts, steeping grains (if applicable), steeping bag, hops, 1 pack of yeast, priming sugar, 50 bottle caps. Not included: Bottles, 6 gallons of RO or Distilled water.

Makes 5 gallons of finished, packaged beer.
