Description

These 20" long stainless steel whisk provides a great light weight way of breaking up dry grain as you're doughing in without introducing too much oxygen into your mash. Just gently sweep the whisk back and forth on the surface of your water as you sprinkle the grain in and you won't need to spend 5 minutes breaking up dough balls. Even if they do form, they don't stand a chance with this whisk.

Doughballs don't stand a chance. This is a tremndous alternative to a mash paddle. I don't know where this was all my life, but I love this thing!
