Raw honey is simply harvested out of hives and strained through a coarse strainer just to remove any debris such as bees wax. This retains the delicate flavor and aromatics of the honey vs. honey that has been heated and pasteurized.

Primarily produced in California, sage honey is rich and light with a predominant sweet, clover-like flavor and an elegant floral aftertaste.

Packing unfiltered raw honey since 1918—as the bees intended.

Raw honey may crystalize over time and it is not an indication of staling in any way. Just warm up the container in a pool of warm water and it will liquefy again.
