Installation is pretty straightforward and the plug is heavy duty. After installation, the hot/neutral prongs were slightly spread apart and that made plugging in and out a bit tougher than normal.

Ordered a brew hardware 12" element and the hot pod enclosure kit for it, everything works great!

I followed the instructional videos on Youtube to learn how to install the hardware, and they went on without a hitch!
