Description

This version of our buttery-smooth ball valve has a 1/2" male pipe thread (MNPT) on one side and the typical 1/2" female pipe thread (FNPT) on the other. The male threaded end is advantageous when you know for sure that it will be used on a kettle or device that has female threads as it avoids having to use a male/male threaded nipple to make the connection to the valve. Less threaded connections is always better for flow and cleaning purposes.

As usually, the 3 piece design allows for completely disassembly so a thorough cleaning is easy.

Specs:
- Made from 304 stainless steel
- 1/2" NPT male end screws directly into the kettle
- Full port 5/8” inner diameter
