This is a 2" Triclover (TC) to 3/4" NPT female thread adapter. The flange measures 2.5" diameter actual. 304 SS.

Not that the thread depth is quite shallow on this unit as it's just a 1/4" thick TC blank cap that is machined (hence low profile). This particular version of this fitting can only be threaded in from the tapered side of the TC as it has a smaller diameter stop to keep your male threaded fitting from protruding past the sealing face of the TC. We also sell this fitting where it is threaded clear through. In either case, sealing the threads will require use of teflon tape.
