The Bayou Classic standard kettles have been on the market a while and are a favorite among homebrewers. One reason we really like them is the height to width ratio. Many other brands are more suited to cooking soup stock than wort. These provide a good compromise between volume and boil-off rate.

36 quarts (9 gallons) is ideal for 5 gallon all grain batches with a separate mash tun or for 4.5 gallon BIAB batches (a perfect size for people wanting to ferment in corny kegs). It features 20-gauge stainless constructions, side handles, and an included lid.
