Description

These 304SS locknuts have NPS straight thread so they will thread all the way down the threads of any NPT fitting. One side is flat and the other has a machined O-ring groove. Available in 1/4", 1/2" and 1" NPS sizes.

This 1/2" NPS size is found out a ton of our other assemblies from the SpinCycle to the True Weldless Bulkheads.

You can get these separately here, but they are also included in the thermometer "make weldless" kits which an easier way to order if you need a gasket and washer also.

Clean threads, not nicks or hanging metal like you see from other online retailers.
I used this to build a whirlpool setup and a spray ball recirc for my Anvil Foundry.

Nothing worse than threading on a ball valve only to have it sideways or upside down when it reaches the tightening portion of the threading. But with the locknut, you can thread that on first and make a stop point (jam nut) and get the angle of the ball valve where you want it.
