This threads on to male garden hose threads such as those found on outside hose bibs and laundry room slop sinks. When you turn on the water, the bottle washer stops the flow until a bottle is placed opening down over the spout. A fine jet of water shoots into the bottle and drains out. When the bottle is removed, flow is stopped and so on. It's a very fast way to rinse a few cases of bottles in a few minutes. This is a high quality machined brass piece.

Very effective but often sticks in the on position	January 23, 2026

Works great, jet of water removes stubborn crud from the bottoms of bottles.
One thing to watch for: the actuator lever has a tendency to stick in the on position. Make sure you manually lift the lever to the off position before removing the bottle or you'll have a wet ceiling.
