The next step in mastering homebrew quality control is to get your beer into the keg without any oxygen exposure at all. Our series of Pressure Transfer Kits provide two major functions. It starts siphon or pressure transfer using an external source of CO2 pressure. It also backfills the donor vessel's increasing headspace with CO2 so that room air (oxygen and contaminants) is kept from being drawn in. Before we go any further, keep in mind that the FERMONSTER fermenters are not pressure rated so you need to be extremely careful to only use enough pressure to get the flow started and keep the fermenter from collapsing (about 2 psi max).

We offered this kit in a couple pre-set varieties but we received requests for modifications to the kit in so many ways we decided to offer this kit as highly configurable. All of them start off with a new solid lid and we drill it out to accommodate whatever options you choose in the dropdown menus.

First you'll pick how your CO2 or inert gas get in to the Fermonster.
G1. Male 1/4 inch flare (This would require your CO2 hose to have a swiveling 1/4 FFL on it.
G2. Male ball lock gas port with poppit (This is exactly the type of input a ball lock corny keg would have.

Next you'll pick how the beer/beverage will flow out.
L1. Grommet in the lid with clear acrylic racking cane, 6ft clear vinyl hose to a ball lock black QD.
L2. Grommet in the lid with stainless steel racking cane, 6ft clear vinyl hose to a ball lock black QD.
L3. Liquid Ball Lock post with an internal floating dip tube. DOES NOT include the hose to the keg. In order to complete the transfer to a corny keg, you'll need to also purchase a ball lock to ball lock jumper hose.

Note that this custom lid doesn't include an ORING seal. You can move the oring from your stock lid or purchase one below.
