Note: If this item is the only thing you plan to purchase on this transaction/order, you must also fill in the NEGOTIATED SHIPPING product because custom items do not trigger any specific shipping cost on their own. If the custom item is part of a larger order, there is no need to add NEGOTIATED SHIPPING unless we told you to.
It probably shouldn't need to be said, but here goes just in case. Custom fabricated items that match the customer's description accurately are not refundable or returnable. Sometimes customers have an idea for a piece of hardware and it doesn't solve their problem the way they thought. If we haven't been engaged for our professional opinion on the function or solution, we just build the part to spec. I think you get this. Be cool. We have VERY reasonable fabrication prices and would like to keep it that way.
