These plastic covers snap on to TC flanges for damage and dust protection. They do not hold pressure at all. These are in the bargain bin because they've all been on TC flanges that we installed into tanks. In other words, rather than throw them away, you can scoop some up cheap. Random colors.

I just got this cover and it fits tight now when it's new. I hope that continues well into the future.
Sort of a frivolous purchase, but cheap enough to justify it.
