The Wine Expert Eclipse kits are up there with the best quality wine kits available.

DESCRIPTION Ripe cherry, plum and red berry flavors with subtle notes of toasty oak, vanilla, and spice. Soft tannins and good acidity with a smooth mouthfeel. ATTRIBUTES Sweetness: Dry Body: Medium Oak: Medium ABV: 13.5%

This kit includes 14 liters of juice, additives and yeast. You will need a 6+ gallon fermenting bucket or carboy for a primary fermenter and a 6 gallon carboy for aging. We also recommend a wine degassing whip.

Yields 6 gallons of wine.
