Clips around any 1/2" racking cane or 1/2" OD tubing and allows you to hold it firmly to the side of a bucket, fermonster or any relatively thinwall tank/kettle.

This blue one fits 1/2" but we also have a red one that will fit 3/8". This blue one does not clip to the openings of glass carboys.
