Formerly known as #483 from the American Dwarf Hop Association, this Washington state hop was named ‘Azacca™’ after the Haitian god of agriculture. It boasts an intense tropical fruit profile, with sustained impressions of apricot and very ripe mango and notes of pears, apples and pine throughout. Excellent aromatic qualities make Azacca™ a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in a variety of styles, although its high myrcene fraction has already made it a favorite of IPA brewers.

Our 1oz hops are usually packaged by YCH though very occasionally they will be marked as LD Carlson re-packaged. In any case, they are always in mylar, nitrogen flushed packs.
