Pre-gelatinized, starch content contributes alcohol but little flavor. Imparts a roundness, sparkle and golden quality. 89.9% extract

Note that if you plan to use this in distilling, it's important to understand that this is a non-malted grain and will not convert to sugar without mixing with malted grains or the use of powdered amylase enzyme.
