One side threads on to the MFL (male flare) on beer or gas keg quick disconnects (or any other male flare fitting) and the other side tees off and has dual 1/4" hose barbs which can be used with 3/16" or 1/4" ID beverage tubing or 1/4" ID co2 gas tubing. The flare size is 1/4" FFL,

If you are planning a single regulator with MFL output and want to split the gas to two kegs, this is a slick solution that avoids the need for extra tees or gas manifolds. On the liquid side, you could thread the FFL to a liquid keg QD and run two serving hoses for faster crowd pleasing.
