The Steam Condenser-Lid Tube Kit makes electric brewing indoors seamless and steam-free! It works with any all-in-one system with a lid diameter of 16.5” or less and a tri-clamp lid port. If your system, like the Foundry™, lacks a tri-clamp port on the side, you’ll need this kit and the 1.5″ Tri-Clamp Adapter.

Once installed, the Anvil Steam Condenser eliminates humidity and moisture in your brew space by converting boiled steam into water. It operates with pressurized water, using approximately 9.5 gallons per hour at 40 PSI. With the Steam Condenser running, you can confidently brew in enclosed spaces—basements, garages, kitchens, or dens—without additional ventilation.
