This is one of those German beers that hits just right when the weather starts warming up.

A pale, refreshing, lightly-hopped German wheat beer with high carbonation, dry finish, fluffy mouthfeel, and a mild but distinctive banana-and-clove weizen yeast fermentation profile. It can be slightly compared to an American Wheat beer, but it has a softer mouthfeel with less hop flavor and bitterness (almost none).

Like all of our custom designed recipe kits, the ingredients are taken directly out of our high turnover stock at the time of ordering. That way, nothing sits in a box on the shelf.

This recipe is performed as a "mini mash" or a "partial mash" which just means you'll be steeping a couple pounds of grain in water at a certain temperature for about 30 minutes. It's easy, give it a shot.

This kit includes steeping grains, dry malt extract, hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, bottle caps and a recipe sheet with basic step by step instructions.

Not included: 6 gallons of distilled or bottled water, at least a 16 quart pot, equipment, bottles.
