Note that this kit is specifically for adapting the Steam Slayer product to work with the Anvil Foundry 6.5, 10.5 or 18 In addition to this kit, you must purchase the steam slayer product itself. Between the steam slayer and this kit, you'll be able to remove the plastic knob handle on the Anvil Foundry lid and easily install the Steam Slayer as shown in the picture below. If you have a system similar to the Foundry and want to know if the kit will work with the hole size you have in the lid, contact us with the measurements and we will advise you.

At the moment, we're actually shipping the ANVIL branded version of these parts.

Switched to an 6.5 Anvil a couple years back (vs. propane) to brew indoors. Various "moisture exhaust devices" didn't do it.
This design works. Ran a couple boils w/o grain to get the process down. 60 min boil off was about 1 liter at 110v & using a bucket & pump to recirculate cooling H20 cut down on water loss (added ice half way through).
If you are on the fence, go for it.
