This kit starts with a 1.5" Triclover flange with 1/4" Male flare on the "outside" and 1/4" Female flare on the inside. This fitting is machined from one piece of 304SS. It also includes our 1/2 micron gas diffusion stone which is equipped with 1/4" male flare. When threaded together, it creates an assembly for putting diffused oxygen or CO2 into a TC equipped port or tee. The total depth of stone penetration from the TC flange is 2-1/16". This fits into the side port of the 1.5" TC instrument tees that we sell, but the tolerance is very close so we can't guarentee it will work with ALL instrument tees out there. The main benefit of this assembly is that you can take it apart for cleaning.
Remember, 1.5" TC measures 2" actual.
