Worked great with some tweaks May 20, 2026 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from San Diego   Only used it once so far, but it worked great with a few tweaks. - Make sure you pay attention to the on/off valve - it slips and will just dump the air in/co2 out rather than collecting it in the bag.  Mod's to help it work better for me - I put a T valve between the bag and the sanitizer with an on/off on each leg so I could turn off the sanitizer and connect my CO2 tank to fill up the bag (or turn off the co2 in line so it goes to the sanitizer only).  I'm doing two batches in Speidels with lots of head space, so the large bag wasn't large enough for what I needed.  Having the ability to refill the bag with CO2 when draining the fermenters did the trick. Great solution to an age old problem! September 5, 2025 Reviewer: Matthew Murphy from Lafayette, CO United States   This is well thought out, and is a great way to reduce your oxygen intake. I like that you don't need to rely on a CO2 bottle. I can pull a sample or chill without watching O2 bubble into the fermenter. Was this review helpful to you?

March 12, 2025 Reviewer: William Riley from North Vancouver, BC Canada   East to set up. Collector bag filled quickly. It remains to be seen whether the collector holds enough CO2 to prevent Oxygen ingress or the check valve holds. I'll report again after  dry hopping and cold crash is complete.
