Easy installation and works perfectly July 22, 2025 Reviewer: Dale from Geneva, IL United States   I ordered this Triclamp Bulkhead along with installation tools Tungsten Carbide Hole Saw, 40mm  and 52mm Socket Tool, This must be the easiest DIY modification I've ever done, I wanted to mount a CIP ball in the lid of a Blichmann Surface kettle. I clamped the kettle lid in my drill press so it didn't move. The drilling was easy, and required a little deburring with a round file. The bulkhead fit perfectly. I tightened it with the 52mm socket. There were no leaks when I conducted the CIP cleaning. This is a high quality product. Was this review helpful to you?

Great way to add a recirc port to your lid! Nice product September 26, 2023 Reviewer: Ed Carlson from Monument, CO United States   Great way to add ports to my brew kettle; seals well if you follow the video instructions! I advise you get the drill bit (and socket) to go with this as it would have a chore to make a clean, proper sized hole without it. I used a hammer drill, which has a second handle so I had no problems with the bit jamming as it cut through. Was this review helpful to you?
