This electric Boil Kettle is the same configuration we include in our 3-vessel HERMS system builds but some customers ask for each vessel individually.

We start with the higher end Brew Built kettle, which already comes from the manufacturer with a welded drain and upper accessory port. We add the following in house:

TIG welded 1.5" TC ferrule down low for our TC-Integrated, 5500 Watt ULWD Ripple Heating Element.
Custom whirlpool return fitting to fill the upper accessory port

A 2pc ball valve is included on the drain port and the whirlpool return port. You may upgrade both of these to 3pc ball valves by adding quantity 2 of the 2to3upgrade accessory to the cart. To avoid shipping damage, these valves are not preinstalled but just require the use of an adjustable wrench to attach.

Options:
Select which size kettle you'd like. Brewbuilt kettles are available in 10, 15, 22, 31 and 50 gallon sizes. For this kettle configuration, 10, 15, 22 and 31 gallons are applicable and there is approximately a $50 difference between sizes. Contact us if you want a quote on larger sizes.

NOT INCLUDED:

hose barbs or male quick disconnects for ports. If you plan to use Camlocks you will need (2) camF. If you prefer the BLQD style quick disconnect, it's 2 BLQD-F.
Temperature controller. You'll need a controller capable of 5500 watts, which is 24amps/240v minimum. We highly recommend the Blichmann Brew Commander. If you purchase this kettle along with a controller from us, we will drill and kettle and install the temperature probe for free.
Recirculation pump. In order to make use of the whirlpool port, you'll need a pump. Any of the pumps we sell will do the job on the 10 and 15 gallon size but the Blichmann Riptide is recommended for the 22 and 31 gallon sizes and the Chugger Max would be prefered for the 50 gallon size.
