We came up with our own in-house version of an insulated glycol tubing set to offer it for a cheaper price than most other name brands.

This version has two pre-terminated ends with push fit elbows that press on to 3/8" OD cooling coil ends (only on one end of each tube). The other end of the tubes would likely attach to the cooling pump and return barbs on your glycol chiller end. Of course, you also get the same two 7ft lengths of 3/8" ID clear tubing inside closed cell foam insulating tubes (1/4" wall thickness) as our bare bones kit does. Most importantly, we've developed a process that allows us to use insulation tubing that has a very tight fit around the inner PVC tubing which helps to keep warm moist room air from getting in and condensing.

The typical usage for this set is to connect to fermenters that have 3/8" top mount cooling coils (such as SPIKE CFs and Temp Twister coils installed in the Fermzilla).

The send and return lengths are NOT mated together like the SPIKE brand glycol tubing. You can easily bundle them together as a pair with a few zip ties (we include three for your convenience).

Again, this is the set with 3/8" push fits. We also offer this set as a bare bones tubing only set and also one with QDS and TC connections for the Brewbuilt X2 and X3.

Do not exceed 140F temps through the tubing.
