Placed order on 8/5; product shipped on 8/10 from NJ; 8/20 product still in NJ: "Kearny NJ Distribution Center".  I don't know what is going on in NJ, but it has produced a negative buying experience for me.

BrewHardware.com Response: It is most unfortunate what is going one with the U.S postal service lately. We should state for the record that we offer USPS first class shipping options for the absolute budget conscious shoppers but it on the verge of getting pulled as an option due to situations like this. When we disable it, we get complaints that we don't offer it. When we do offer it, even though we warn about its unreliability, people complain about the lackluster service that is out of our control.  I'm very sorry you had a negative experience but I think you meant to leave this review on the USPS website.

1 of 5 Forgot a critical part then forgot to ship it agai September 26, 2020

Ordered a hot rod, arrived without a critical part to use it. Customer service said they'd ship it.. the following Monday, would have been nice if they shipped it on Saturday since they screwed up. But that's not all! Then they forgot to ship it on Monday, I followed up wondering where it was on Friday and they said oops we forgot! Great so we're 2 weeks into this deal and I've got no usable hot rod to show for my $170. Doesn't feel good.

Purchased a new tube for my keggle and the angles were perfect.  Prices were very reasonable.  Hoses are top notch and fit my quick disconnects beautifully.  

Great service which makes me a returning customer.
